TWO AUTOMATIC STORAGE & RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS (ASRS)

Essentially robotic forklifts move & store your product in our foundry - movement & storage is not waste in our facility, like it is in so many of our competitors!

SIX FOXALL™ ROBOTIC GRINDING SYSTEMS

We grind most of your castings robotically. In addition to the increased productivity and reduced costs of robotic grinding compared to normal foundry snag grinding, our customers reap the following additional benefits:

Every casting is ground exactly the same

We use diamond coated grinding wheels which provide significantly better cosmetics compared to normal snag grinding

We can control grinding dimensional tolerances very closely and have worked successfully with our clientele to reduce machining costs.

2. CASTING DESIGN ASSISTANCE

LETH IRON has dedicated & experienced staff to assist our customer's engineering departments with the design of their castings. Our staff have decades of combined experience in casting design assistance. We save you headaches up front and help you design the most cost effective casting. We're noted as being one of the best in the industry in design assistance! LETH IRON also has experience in successfully managing and adapting large tooling transfer packages. In addition, we can supply rapid prototyping of your casting requirements.
